Nuovo singolo e relativo video per il musicista genovese Filippo Ghiglione, con il suo moniker  f o l l o w t h e r i v e r, che avevamo lasciato a marzo con il singolo Werewolves.

Il titolo del nuovo brano è Suitcases, e parla della paura che può prendere al momento della partenza, quando ormai è tutto pronto e l’unica cosa rimasta è fare le valigie. La metafora della valigia è utilizzata per sottolineare la tentazione di procrastinare questa partenza, nel non sentirsi ancora pronti per partire, sentendosi inchiodati alla comfort zone.

Con atmosfere musicali folk-pop, estive e rilassate, f o l l o w t h e r i v e r invita l’ascoltatore a partire, a mettersi in viaggio, rischiare. Tra la sicurezza del proprio salotto e l’ignoto, la scelta può farsi difficile nei momenti di maggiore sconforto e timore: sono questi gli attimi che possono cambiare una vita intera.

Il brano è stato prodotto, come i precedenti, da Federico Malandrino, mixato da Ezra Capogna al NoMad Studio di Torino e masterizzato da Matty Harris a San Diego, in California.
